As Trama, we designed and led the program in collaboration with La Cancha and the Municipality of Navidad — coordinating its conceptual, operational, and territorial structure. We brought together workshops, environmental actions, living heritage activities, cultural exchanges, collaborative artistic production, and direct engagement with local organizations and communities, creating an immersive experience between Chile and Qatar in a rural, decentralized setting.

The program brought together over 160 participants, including 22 Qatari volunteers, 85 local volunteers, 30 guests and authorities, and 13 press and audiovisual professionals. Twelve activities were carried out in one week, leaving concrete legacies in the territory: a permanent collective mural and a community garden with native species. The program reached over 60,000 social media impressions and received excellence ratings from 80% of Qatari volunteers and 70% of Chilean participants.
