We are a cultural management and creative strategy consultancy.

We design and execute projects where culture produces real transformation — in territories, communities, institutions, and companies.

Territories

We work with governments, communities, cultural organizations, businesses, and international agencies.

The most urgent problems today — fragmentation, distrust, the inability to act collectively — share a common root that public policy tends to overlook: the erosion of bonds between people.

Trama addresses that blind spot. Culture is not just a sector — it is a way of producing the conditions necessary to transform reality. From that standpoint, we design projects that connect what others keep apart, generating more efficient and sustainable processes: culture with security, art with public policy, creativity with territorial development.

We read each reality systemically and respond according to what that reading demands.

An interdisciplinary team with expertise in cultural management, diplomacy, strategy design and implementation, operations, communications, and community engagement.
