As Trama, we took on the production, curation, and design of the exhibition — building a sensory experience around sonic heritage. We brought together field recordings, oral testimonies, soundscapes, and contemporary compositions into an exhibition device that invites visitors to listen to what often goes unnoticed: the everyday, ritual, environmental, and community sounds that shape our experience of the world.
The exhibition reflects on how we inhabit space through hearing, and how sound can serve as a bridge between cultures, generations, and ways of life. With a sensitive and participatory approach, Frecuencias Humanas turns the act of listening into a practice of mutual recognition and care for our surroundings.
